Enrollment
We must meet a minimum enrollment prior to the first class session; otherwise classes may be cancelled (full tuition refunds will be issued). We reserve the right to discontinue or postpone classes. Every effort will be made to notify enrollees of date/time changes or cancellations in advance. We DO NOT permit auditing of classes. Students must enroll prior to attending a class. If the course you registered for is filled, we will place your name on a waiting list.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is stated at the end of each course description.There is an additional $15 registration fee per person per semester that is good for one or more courses or programs during a given semester. Certain programs do not have a registration fee. There is a $15 service charge for returned checks.
 

Cancellations

By the WCCE:  Classes are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. Enroll early to ensure that your class will not be cancelled for lack of students. In the unlikely event your class is cancelled, we will notify you by phone. You may transfer to another class, receive a credit voucher to be applied to any future WCCE class or you may receive a refund if you prefer.

By the Student: If you must withdraw from a AJU WCCE class or program, please notify us before the program begins. If you cancel prior to the beginning of a class you can receive a credit voucher for a future AJU WCCE class, or if you prefer, you can receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. If you cancel after the first class there will be a $25 processing fee imposed. No refunds will be given when cancellation occurs after the second class meeting.

Easy Online Registration

By Mail: Just Fill out the WCCE REGISTRATION FORM  and mail it with your check, money order or credit card information to the American Jewish University, Whizin Center for Continuing Education, 15600 Mulholland Drive, Bel Air, CA 90077.

By Fax: Simply photocopy and complete the WCCE REGISTRATION FORM , including your credit card information. FAX (310) 471-6527. Fax registration is available 24 hours a day.
By Phone: Call (310) 440-1246, 9am to 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, and 9am to 2pm on Friday. Please have your course information and credit card ready when you call.

In Person: Visit our office at 15600 Mulholland Drive, Bel Air, 9am to 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, and 9am to 2pm on Friday. 

Note: If you want a 10981 form, you must provide your Social Security number at the time of registration.

Remember: Many classes fill quickly, so register early!
